Terms of Service

By downloading, installing, or using the Flexy application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

Flexy is a personal life assistant application that combines time planning, workout tracking, nutrition logging, financial management, supplement tracking, a meditation library, and analytics modules in a single platform.

• You must sign in with your Apple ID to use the App.
• You are responsible for the security of your account credentials.
• You must be at least 13 years old to use this App.
• You may delete your account at any time through the in-app settings.

4.1 Free and Premium Plans

Flexy offers a free plan with access to basic features and monthly/annual premium subscription plans that unlock all modules.

4.2 Payment & Renewal

• Payments are processed through the Apple App Store and charged to your Apple ID account.
• Your subscription automatically renews unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• The renewal fee is charged to your account within 24 hours before the end of the current period.

4.3 Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you will retain access to premium features for the remainder of the period.

4.4 Restore Purchases

You can restore previous purchases using the "Restore Purchases" button within the App.

• All content you enter into the App (events, logs, notes, etc.) belongs to you.
• You are responsible for the backup and accuracy of your content.
• You may not create content that is illegal, harmful, or infringes on third-party rights.

• Reverse-engineering, decompiling, or modifying the App
• Using the App for illegal purposes
• Circumventing security mechanisms or disrupting other users' experience
• Using the App with automated tools (bots, scrapers, etc.)

The design, code, graphics, logo, and content of the Flexy application are protected by copyright. You may not copy, distribute, or modify these materials without explicit permission.

• The App is provided "as is" without any warranties.
• Flexy reminds users that information provided in the diet, sports, or finance modules does not constitute professional advice.
• We shall not be liable for any data loss, interruption, or damages arising from the use of the App.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may terminate the service at any time by deleting your account.

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Istanbul.
